Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
Our pieces use 925 sterling silver and hypoallergenic stainless steel with gold/rose-gold plating — far more skin-friendly than cheap alloys. Keep them dry and stored in the pouch and they'll stay bright.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock pieces ship in about 6–13 business days across Canada; made-to-order pieces 7–15. You'll get tracking by email once it's on the way.
How does engraving / personalization work?
On personalized pieces you'll enter the name or text right on the product page before adding to cart. Because each is made to order, give it a little extra time — and double-check spelling, as personalized items can't be returned.
What if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?
Non-personalized pieces are covered by our 30-day promise — reach out and we'll arrange an exchange or refund. (Engraved/personalized pieces are final sale.)
Is this real gold?
These are gold- and rose-gold plated over sterling silver or steel — the luxe look without the luxe price. We never describe them as solid gold.
